Inconsistent restaurant hours!!! Kitchen closes unreasonably early, limiting dinner options!!! Uncomfortable access from the entrance pathway to the street during winter months!!! Dated exterior appearance could use a fresh update for better first impressions!!!

Comfortable and spacious rooms made for a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning was confusing and didn't function well at night, leaving me uncomfortable. the driveway from the hotel to the street was awkward and troublesome, especially with winter conditions. Lastly, I was disappointed that the kitchen closed early at 7 pm, limiting our dining options and making the evening more challenging.

Stayed in the Comfort Double Room and it was super clean and spacious! The garden view was a nice touch and provided a relaxing ambiance. Loved the comfortable high-quality mattress, perfect for a good night's sleep. The staff were so helpful, especially when we needed parking late at night. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to fuel our day. Only downside was the Wi-Fi that was a bit slow at times.

Ideal Base for Concert and Theater Goers

This hotel was the perfect spot for our visit to the nearby concert. The complimentary breakfast was impressive with a vast selection, ensuring we fueled up before our day. We were pleasantly surprised to find the staff quick to assist us with parking when we returned late from the show. the Wi-Fi could use some improvement, as it was quite slow during our stay.

We chose this place before the TS Eras Tour concert and loved the room's cleanliness and the extra bed setup, which was ready upon arrival. There are also great relaxation spots like the sauna and a lovely garden area to chill out in. The only downside was the small issue with the driveway not being super easy to navigate, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

this hotel is in a perfect spot for going to the starlight express, really close to the stadium! the room was clean and comfy, and i loved the friendly staff who were super helpful. breakfast had a good variety, the pastries were great! also, the garden area is nice for chilling after a long day. parking was cheap too, which is a bonus.

the wifi was kinda slow, and the dinner options were a bit disappointing with small portions and high prices.

the stay at h+ was great! it’s close to the theater, which is a huge plus. my room was clean and had a lovely garden view. the staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. comfortable beds made resting easy.
